Shipping policy

Production Time: 12–14 Business Days.

Most of our sterling silver jewelry items are handmade and take 12–14 business days to prepare. Some items are ready-made. The production process for each item is stated in the product description. Please review the product description before placing your order.

Within Sri Lanka.

Delivery Time: 5–7 Business Days.

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer options are available for all customers within Sri Lanka.
  • Order dispatch takes place only during working days (Monday–Friday) excluding Poya days and other public holidays
  • Pickup is currently unavailable because Cheapest Bae operates exclusively online. 
  • Once the order has been accepted by the recipient or a representative, it will be deemed as delivered. Cheapest Bae shall not be held responsible for any lost goods after acceptance of the goods by the recipient.
  • Delivery Failure – Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. If an incorrect or non-existent delivery address is given, an extra rerouting delivery charge will have to be borne by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

  • All orders are shipped out from Sri Lanka.
  • All charges are based on weight, which includes the weight of the packaging.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Sri Lanka.
  • VISA, MasterCard, American Express options are available for all customers worldwide.
  • Overseas orders will only be dispatched once the seller has received proof of payment
  • All orders will be shipped via ARAMEX courier services for now. We plan to introduce more shipping options in the future.
  • A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order has been shipped out.
  • Expected delivery times are 2–4 weeks but may be longer due to customs clearance delays, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, etc.
  • Delivery Failure – Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. If an incorrect or non-existent delivery address is given, an extra rerouting delivery charge will have to be borne by the customer.
  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
